In Year 1 and Year 1/2, we have been sharing the story of Handa's Surprise.  We have listened to the story, looked at the pictures, made a story map and invented actions to tell the story. This week we looked at real examples of the fruit stolen by the animals in the story.   We enjoyed tasting the delicious fruit too!  We tried mango, banana, passion fruit, orange, pineapple and avocado!  Yum!
