Start of Term Information Letter - August 2021

Years 1-6

Children will return to school on Thursday 2nd September.  School starts at 8.50am, we operate a rolling start in the mornings, between 8.40am-8.50am, allowing a 10-minute window for parents and carers to drop their children into school.

Teachers are only able to open their classroom door if staffing levels are sufficient, so please be patient if there is a slight delay.

Reception Class

Children starting in our Reception class will have already received separate communications with their start of term arrangements.  

If you have any questions about these sessions or about your child starting school at GHPS, please get in touch with the school office who will do their best to assist you.

Nursery Class

Children in our Nursery will start back at school from Monday 6th September.  New parents will have received a separate letter containing information about their child's start at Nursery.  

Please note the new Nursery session times of 9.00am-12.00pm.
