School Meals

Children may have a packed lunch or a cooked school meal at lunchtime.  Our meals are cooked fresh on site by ABM Catering.  Menus are on a three-week rotational cycle and can be viewed on the following links:

Please note that the price of a school meal from September 2024 is: £2.50

School meals can be ordered and paid for via ParentPay.

If your child has any special dietary needs or requirements, and you would like them to have school meals, you must complete a special diet form so that an agreed and suitable menu can be provided by ABM.  The form can be downloaded by clicking the link below or you can use the QR code for an online version.

Packed Lunches

Packed lunches should be healthy. Please do not include sweets or nuts in your child's lunchbox.  We also do not allow fizzy drinks in school.  Please support us and help us to encourage healthy lunchtime habits.

Free School Meals

Applications for free school meals can now be completed online.

Please note: Our Free School Meal applications are being processed by Slough Borough Council.  Please complete the form below to check if you qualify.

Free School Meals Application Form

If your child is eligible to claim free school meals, your application will also raise additional funds for the school.  If you do not want your child to have the meals, they do not have to, but as long as you qualify and are registered, the school will still receive the additional funds to help us support your child.

This additional funding is available from the government for every child whose parents or carers are receiving one of the following:

  • Universal Credit, provided they have an annual net earned income not exceeding £7,400
  • Income Support
  • Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
  • Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
  • Support under Part 6 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
  • The guarantee element of Pension Credit
  • Child Tax Credit (with no Working Tax Credit) with an annual gross income of no more than £16,190, as assessed by HMRC.
  • Working Tax Credit run-on (paid for 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit)

Once you have completed the application, the school will be notified of the result and we will then be in contact with you to let you know the outcome.

Universal Infant Free School Meals

All children who attend school in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to receive a free school meal.  However, if your child is in Reception, Year 1 or 2 and you are in receipt of one of the benefits listed above, it is vital that you register for free school meals.  This will ensure the school receives the funding to support your child and it will also save you having to register for free school meals when your child starts Key Stage 2 (Year 3).
