Before and After School Childcare
At Great Hollands Primary School, we are very proud of the wraparound care we provide for our families. Please take a moment to read our Parent Information documents at the bottom of this page.
Sessions are booked and paid for in advance via ParentPay. Full details on how to book can be found in our ParentPay Booking Guide
We run a Morning Activity Club from 8.00am in Silver Hall. Due to the earlier start time, children should be dropped off by a suitable responsible person at morning club and should not come on their own.
The children can enjoy a variety of activities, from playing table-top games and Lego to using the time to catch up on their home learning or enjoying some quiet reading. The cost for the morning club is £3 per session (£4 with breakfast included).
Please note: Breakfast is available for children at an added cost of £1 per child, per session.
We also run a fantastic After School Club from 3.15pm to 5.45pm in Silver Hall. We provide a wide variety of activities for the children to enjoy, ranging from arts and crafts activities, Lego and board games to exploring and playing on the school playgrounds and equipment during the warmer weather.
The cost for the after school club is as follows:
- £4 per child for collection before 4.00pm
- £8 per child (£7 for additional siblings) for collection after 4.00pm (£9 with snack included, £8 for siblings with snack).

Please note: Snack is available for children at an added cost of £1 per child, per session (not for the short session). If you prefer to provide a snack from home, we ask that parents provide their children with a healthy snack that they can enjoy at the club. Please do not send in any fizzy drinks, sweets or foods containing nuts.
In order for us to be able to plan effectively, all sessions must be booked and paid for in advance, without exception. Parents are able to cancel sessions via ParentPay before the booking deadline if they need to do so. Sessions not cancelled and not attended will still be charged.
